Many of us don't have time to read all the postings, particulary in as
much as we are now seeing quite a few that decidedly lite weight.
The new format gives no hint as to previous identity of the thread
once the title has been changed. Consequently we miss new additions.
There seems little advantage to changing the title other than to
"advertise" one's name as author. When tempted to change the name of a
thread, I ask that a new thread be started instead with a descriptive
title that can refer to any particular thread if desired.
Agree? Disagree? Fell free to weigh in.

Agree. The problem in my eyes moreover is that we accumulate so much
information here that is very hard next to impossible to keep track of
it or draw conclusions. Kofi sometimes adds his own comments which is
very good since it makes things easier to understand. Unfotunately we
lack practical advice and relevance.
I change my regimen several times a year based on new evidence and
availability of hew nutrients/compounds.
My regimen (and Kitty's) and an indication of the reasons for changes
is chronicled in the personal/health section of our website
MoreLife.org I am not about to duplicate that information here.
If anyone wants more on my reasoning about my regimen and/or changes
to it, then either ask me here or on my Yahoo group Morelife.
WRT Thomas "plea", I too am completely agreeable to his proposal. I
haven't changed a thread title on sle for many moons anyway.
