Microsoft lunacy. They have a similar list for Arabic. You MUST choose
a country. There is no option for (inherently international) MSA.

They didn't understand that a country code (ISO 3166) _CAN_ be added
to ISO 639 language codes. They think you _MUST_, always. Isn't so.

There's also an optional script parameter, that luckily MS isn't aware
of. en-US-Latn is US English in Latin script. Duh!
