Hi,
I think There is the brasilian edition of Webster's dictionary
Portuguese-English. I have the english - Portuguese (brasilian) and they
take care to warn about amrican english and HM english words or
expressions.
ISBN 85-01-01650-0
BTW the portuguese brasilian words I found there give me some trouble
about the right portuguese terms for Portugal, but it is one of the most
complete I know (mainly for techniclal, engineering, sciences etc.)
