Mirror may have heard it used as "blah blah," or "such and such" a kind
of filler, such as might happen in an example sentence.
To say you "want to eat such and such," say, "nani nani o tabetai."
After you've acquired the 'nani nani', you should also try to gather
the similar expressions in one bundle as follows;
nani nani
dare dare
doko koko
kore kore
shika jika

Limiting the sense of 'nani nani' to 'such and such',
you can say, ’第一条何何、第二条何何’、
「Article one, blah blah, Article two blah blah]
Or you can say in the same sense as above,
