When should I use "Keisatsu" or "Omawarisan" to refer
to "police"??? Are they both the same?? Or should I
use one or the other under certain situations??

Thank you!

A policeman or woman is "keisatsukan" not "keisatsu". "O-mawari-san" is
like "bobby" or "copper" or something similar in English.

Gotcha! I'm also assuming that "keisatsu" by itself just refers to
"the police" in general, while a "keisatsukan" is a policeman/woman.
