Hi Netters,

I am looking for C source code to perform Filtered Back Projection
to reconstruct images from projections. I would appreciate if someone
could give me information about an ftp site where I can get the source
code.

I need the code to compare results of a reconstruction algorithm I
am working on, with the Filtered Backprojection.

Thanks in Advance

Sastry.

Here are some possible sources. Some of them I haven't checked for a while.

- ftp peipa.essex.ac.uk
/ipa/src/process/
ct.tar.Z
snark.tar.Z
diffract.tar.Z

- ftp bric-a-brac.apple.com
/pub/malcolm/
diffract.tar.Z

- ftp imasun.lbl.gov
/pub/reclbl/
reclbl.tar.Z

The RECLBL library is a package of computational routines for doing
image reconstruction from projections in such applications as X-ray
computed tomography, positron emission tomography, and single photon
emission computed tomography. All routines are written in FORTRAN.

- Mosaic
