What "GPS experts" do you refer to?

I suspect an "expert" is one that can create a Garmin-compatible map...
These are increasing 'exponentially'... We have several recent examples
on our site... However, our examples aren't free, but are relatively
inexpensive... They are created from government widely-available
databases...
