ArcView Extension for waypoints?

I recently started using OziExplorer and am pleased at what it can do.
However, I use Arc/View all the time, and therefore have to port data
over to OZI and back. I'd be happier if I could just load my waypoints
(and create new ones, etc.) within Arc/View.
This would of course allow much more sophisticated analysis, and
plotting (printing large size).

So, has anyone seen an extension or scripts that provide these functions
within ArcView?
