Pharos iGPS-360 pinout

I'm looking for the pinout of the Pharos iGPS-360 GPS module. Does
this interface have a PPS signal ?

wanted to make Ipaq h4150 serial cable with this unit.
so I found following pinout.
unit up and starting from left to right.

1. black cable - TXD
2. brown cable - GND
3. red cable - RXD
4. Orange cable - GND
5. yellow cable - VDD
6. green cable - GND (seems not connected)

I am not sure about PPS you asking. But sure its simple
serial connection. The usb cable box come with the MS ST 2005
contains usb to serial chip pl2303.
Want to ask more about the black box send me email. I will
glad to work with someone to make this thing working.

if some one succeed making such cable please post results here.
