What: SWC Fall Meeting
Where: Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel, Erie, PA
When: September 8-9, 2008
Time: Meeting begins 1:00pm on September 8
The time of the SWC 2008 Fall Meeting is drawing near. The meeting will
begin on Monday, September 8 at 1:00PM. There will be a reception that
evening and will continue in the morning of the September 9 and will
conclude at noon. Proposals received in response to the Request for
Proposals will be heard. The Executive Council will be meeting immediately
following the close of the general meeting.
Please remember to make your meeting reservations. If you are submitting a
proposal, you still will need to register for the meeting.

For those that will be participating in the exhibit session, set up will
begin right after lunch on September 9.
The SWC Fall Meeting is being held prior to the Pennsylvania Oil and Gas
Association's (POGAM) 90th Annual Meeting and Conference on September 9-10,
2008. Several of the current projects will be participating in the exhibit
session, as part of the SWC technology transfer. Since many of our members
would like to participate in both meetings, it was decided to have the
meetings back-to-back rather than running the meetings concurrently.

September 10: 7:30am to 5:15pm.
