Well, on or around June 1, 1998 the following was posted in this newsgroup;
+chuck....@bhinc.com (Chuck Noriss) writes:

+
+Hmmm... "bhinc.com" sounds awfully like "Baker Hughes Incorporated," but
+it's not. The InterNIC WHOIS database shows:
+
+Bohannan-Huston Inc (BHINC-DOM)
+ 7500 Jefferson NE
+ Albuquerque, NM 87109
+
+Nothing to do with Baker Hughes. And the headers for this article show
+this posting information:
+
+NNTP-Posting-Host: dialup-00-60.netcomuk.co.uk
+
+So why is someone from a dialup in the UK posting rumors about USA
+antitrust actions against Baker Hughes with a return address that is
+almost, but not quite, the Baker Hughes domain? (Bohannan-Huston appears
+to be a New Mexico engineering company with no particular relation to the
+oil business.) Every corporate merger in the USA is announced "pending
+anti-trust investigation." It is standard procedure. The Baker Hughes
+press releases show nothing special. I wonder what Mr. Noriss knows? Or
+is he just spreading FUD (fear, uncertainty, and doubt)?

I don't recall the author that investigated Mr. Noriss, but he appeared to do a
pretty good job! It looks like Mr. Noriss is up to his old tricks!!!!!
