Excel - Piper plot macro

I am not sure if there is any Excel macro for Pier diagram on the net
because Excel has very limited numbers of graphic editing functions
especially in Chart mode. So my way is to make the Piper diagram using
GRAPHER, a 2-D diagram software developed by Golden Software. In fact,
I use Excel to calculate the basic data needed in Piper diagram then
import the Excel file directly in GRAPHER. Attached is a screen
capture of the Piper diagram on GRAPHER. E-mail me if you are

I know that there is a macro that permits to draw Piper diagrams in
Excel. I know it because a teacher of my department told me about it. If
you want I can ask about it.

I have an EXCEL Template for a general water quality\contaminant data
sheet which is set up to produce Piper Diagrams, Radar plots etc. Its
about as user-friendly as a double-ended chainsaw but it does the job.
It is set up for V6+ or any version with separate worksheets within a
workbook. One sheet includes raw data for any relevant analytes, another
converts to MEQ, and another performs the functions to produce the
triangular plots. The spreadsheet is unprotected to its best to only
modify the data entry sheet. If you can improve it send me a modified
copy.

I would post a screen capture but I have no idea how to do it as this is
my first attempt at posting. I have attached a copy as chem.zip 35 kb.

I also had an ancient template for rose diagrams and stereographic
projections, but the 5 1/2 floppy died. All were based on articles in
GEOBYTE from about 1989.
