hair falling

hi doctors,

i am 22 years old male, and i have so much of hair falling from 3
years, i took lot of medicines in alopathy, although i didn't recover
anything. My father has bald head, i think it may apply to me also,
may be but i am just 22 years, still i have to marry, so please all of
you give your valuable suggestions if there is any remedy for strong
and black hair grow.
