I am calling this a Blind Headed Front because it is buried in the ground. An extraTornadic Anticyclone causes an eruption as well as the related tornadoes. In this case I imagine it is in Tonga, at least the part of it that is the eruption. I think this one's tornado is in the USA, part Leviathon part Behemoth

It is man made unless I am very wrong, such things have happened. But a 1040 millibar pressure system has to come out of somewhere and I just can't see it being sustained by the solar system, as this stuff has been for going into its 3rd year, now -and that is only the 3rd year of me watching.

It shrivels to nothing in 3 days and then it is back.
