Dear Listserv subscribers,

The time has come for me to pass on the moderation responsibilities to another ASU graduate student. Sean Peters is taking over as the VOLCANO listserv moderator, starting immediately.
If you currently use my email address to file your VOLCANO messages, please take a moment to update your filter as the messages will now be coming from spet...@asu.edu.
Please continue to send your messages to vol...@asu.edu to contribute to the list.

Overdosed on sentiment perhaps?
Hope he or she is OK.

Just sign on for the newsletter:
http://volcano.si.edu/gvp_contact.cfm
The server sends out a weekly report from someone called Sean Peters. Most Universities supply their own links (first out of the hat:
https://its.uark.edu/services/communication-collaboration/email-calendaring/listserv.php)

The Smithsonian publish weekly updates that used to be excellent for archives until they sold out to Microsoft or whoever.

Just read up on Listerv to find out who you would like to follow. There is an opt out button so it's no big deal.

You can learn more about volcanism for yourself by following the weather local to you.

Watch the Southern Ocean for a suitable earthquake and follow the North Atlantic charts for example to see how development are mirrored in the sea -or just above whichever ocean you choose to follow.

Two good charts are:

What to look out for are anticyclones, especially stuff turning the wrong way round. There is quite an active spell presenting itself right now if you care to follow me:

Blind, dumb and SDOOPID
Don't miss this attacon New Zealand

You can locate this by the new dog-whistle and from Nullschool's remarkable giveaway

What to look out for are anticyclones, especially stuff turning the wrong way round. The development of large cored systems is all they seem to know about. Naval ships capable of navigating the areas concerned should look for a massive evaporation of water with no residual fall out of salt.

They tend to maintain the location aggressively, with no insight about the normal direction of weather flow.
There will be anomalies in all of nature over this look for unusual migrations. Even including Epssteins child sacrifices.

Force Australia and New Zealnd to put a stop to this
