Can anyone help?
Years ago, I happened upon VersaMap and just kept it for playing with.
But when I wanted to make a serious map a while ago, I tried to do the $30
registration and found that the developer no longer supports it.
Can anyone help me out with a copy of the registered version?
(Or, is there anything that does the same thing -- maps on a variety of
projections, of any arbitrary area of the earth's surface, not split
up by country or region borders?)
I found this newsgroup by searching "VersaMap" in Google Groups and this
was the most recent hit that wasn't in fact a message from me recommending
it to people.
