It has been proven by experience that some are allergic to chicken eggs
and if not tested they could become gravely ill.

The use of canine tissue maybe a good thing in that
the species is resistant to prion diseases as I recall.
Of course, the question is if eggs and chicken protein
have a prion risk or is more of an allergen to humans
than chicken egg materials. Additionally an isolated
tissue would seem to be less likely to contain any trace of
nervous tissue.
Monkey tissue is the tissue that would concern me most.
Unknowns are sometimes unknown hence assurances
are sometimes not firm or founded in fact.

Sounds like an "immortal" line of cells, more commonly known as
"cancer" cells.
Do we really want to inject ourselves with genetic material from
cancer cells??
