After doing lots of research yesterday, I found the Sony Broadcast
Operations Support Center.
They were very helpful in faxing pin configs and other pertinent info.
If your interested, their number is: 1-800-883-6817.
They faxed me about 20 pages from the CCU-TX50 service manual.
I am still waiting for a call back from the tech re tiing all camera
intercom together as well as tiing the intercom in with a channel of
Clearcom linking video world with production via a 2 channel Clearcom
base station.
My engineer did it for me in Vegas with a TX7, but that was about 9
years ago, and I forgot how we did it.
Any ideas?

I'm sorry but I can't understand what you want to do. First of all, did you
mean using ClearCom / Telex / RTS wireless base station (trademark's
different, idea's the same)? Is any intercom matrix involved? How many
cameras in there? Two-way intercom or without talkback? Are there any
separated channels?
Can you put more light here? I might find some quick solution.

I have 3 cameras, and I want the ability to tie all together, ie.
partyline.
once we have all 3 cameras tied together with 2 way communication, I
want to be able toput that channel of communication into a 2 channel
Clearcom (brand name) main station.
This will result in have 1 channel of communication from Video TD and
Camera Operators, and 1 channel of
communication from Video TD with lighting, sound, and the rest of
production for shows. I can then also
combine both channels for full communications to all. (A + B channel
link mode).
I hope this paints a clearer picture for you,

Do you mean intercom matrix (Matrix plus, Eclipse 32 etc.)

Unfortunately still not. Normally - first option assumed - it's done using
intercom panels (Vide TD, Lighting, Sound, Shaders etc.) and easily
configured using intercom managing software.
The only thing which needs to be done is to think about connecting cameras
with intercom matrix. It can be done either by:
A) connecting three CCUs separately to the intercom matrix ports and create
Special List, where you have an option to link them together and put under
one button. That's the ideal option.
B) connecting three CCUs with some kind of splitter (to split audio to
cameras) and combiner (to sum audio from cameras). You'd have to find some
'brick' devices, like: http://www.sonifex.co.uk/. Canford catalogue
(http://www.canford.co.uk/) might be useful as well. In general it's more
complicated but it works as well.
Another thing to consider is possibility to have another (engineering)
channel of communication for cameramen. It's up to you and your needs.
Please write what do you think about my guesses and we'll think what to do
next.
