aerial survey of UK

Sorry to intrude but I am trying to find some info, e-mail address, web
page, about a Project for the year 2000 to complete an aerial survey of the
whole of the United Kingdom. I have spent some time searching to no avail.
Does anyone out there know of this project, I'm beginning to think I dreamt
it.

I thought I read something about it in a recent issue of Surveying World
(although I can't find my copy). Maybe the editor Stephen Booth can help you
out.

I read somewhere that the Queen had invested 100k in this company. It's
called The Millennium Mapping Co or Map2000 or something. Will have a look
