Could you please tell me whether I can make FTA software on Bill of
Materials?
Materials?
I know that BOM does not have AND or OR logic in its relationship. If
I ignore
the two, will I be able to make FTA on BOM? If so, please tell me
how.

A BOM is just a list of parts. A FTA has a tree of and and or gates
showing potential causes for a top level event.

Not sure what you are asking. One possibility is to use the BOM to
generate some of the boxes in the FTA. You would need to do a lot of
elimination for that to work.
