Can someone please point me in a direction where I can find out the
crystalline structure(s) for the solid phases of eutetic tin-lead solder or
solders in general? Thanks.

Sn: tetragonal
Pb: face centered cubic

eutectic: Pb+60%Sn: fcc + tetr.
crystal structures of solders in general: same as solids in general: Table
of periodic properties..
My table is of SARGENT - WELCH and contains crystal structures too.

As with many simple eutectics, the structure of the components, Pb, Sn, is
the same when they are in the two-phased eutectic combination. The lattice
parameters are not the same due to their being solid solutions of the two
materials in question. There is no 'direction' to go look for this where it
is 'found'. As for solders in general, so long as they are binary eutectics,
and no intermetallic phases are formed, then the structures of the two
phases will be the same as the constituents. Many solders are not simple
binaries and the phase diagram (ternary, quaternary....) is needed to
identify the phases present. At this point it isn't safe to generalize.
