I have started a landscape lighting company and would like to show my
prospective clients different lighting possibilties using a scanned image of
their landscaping and using simulated lighting for effect.

does this sort of program exist? Where can I find it?

Thanks

The closest thing I can think of is not so simple.

One can use a 3D program (such as 3D Studio Viz)
to create a street scene, add scanned backgrounds,
and then apply a radiosity program (Lightscape) to
render photorealistic results. This gives real world
lighting solutions. Very convincing but it requires
the skill of a digital 3D designer to build the scene in
the first place.
