ARCO Solar used to make these things in Ventrua California. They
sold the whole thing to Siemens about 5 year ago.
Check your local Home Depot, They sell the Siemens units.
Reliability? Mine was good for about a year. Corrosion and battery
connector failure. After 2 years the battery failed to hold a charge.
