Square D breaker subsitition ?

I have installed a 30 amp 115 volt RV plug outside and have a 30amp
standard breaker for this. I would like to use a 30amp GFI 115 volt
breaker.Went to Square D website and they do not show a breaker that will do
this, they have 230 volt 30amps but no 115 30amp Is there other breaker
manufactures that fit into a Square D main panel that I could use.

I think I would go to any descent electrical supply house that is a
Square D dealer.
I find it hard to believe that you can not find a 30 amp/115 volt GFI
breaker.
