Supposedly some sets with ATV (or ADTV?) enhancements were
manufactured by Philips. Does anyone know anything about them? Did
tthey work? Were the popular? Are there any working models still out
tthere, perhaps for sale? And if so, are they worth considering?

Forgive my boundless ignorence on this subject. I stumbled across a
reference to the 60-frame progressive technology in Stewart Brand's
12-year old book "The Media Lab" and my curiosity was aroused. Any
information or pointers would be appreciated.
