Thanks in advance !

I find data for the NE-602 in the Signetics Linear Data Manual, vol. 1,
"Communications", 1987. Since their databook lineup has changed, I don't
know what current book title it's in. They now have the NE-602A, which
apparently has some improved characteristics.
They have three application notes listed for this part which you might be
interested in:
AN 198
AN 1981
AN 1982
In addition, a good text on communication circuit design might be useful.
I've had luck with Jack Smith's "Modern Communication Circuits" (McGraw
Hill), as well as some of the American Radio Relay League publications.
YMMV.
Try contacting your local Phillips sales office or a distributor. In
Italy, the listed sales office for Signetics is (this may be out of date):
Phillips S.p.A.
Milano
phone 39-2-67-52-1
In the US, this part is fairly popular in the amateur radio community. I've
seen it used in numerous magazine projects.

Signetics is now part of NV Philips of The Netherlands. In Italy I THINK you
can reach reach S.p.A. Philips in Milano at phone number 39--2-67-52-1.
At least that is their number in my rather old Signetics data book.
There is a less expensive version of the NE602, called the NE612. It uses the
same die, but it is not tested as thoroughly, making it cheaper to supply.
Good luck!

I don't know of a whole book devoted to it, but QRP Classics (ARRL)
has a half a page with the essentials, and several designs using it.
