Radio communications, including cellular phones and satellites, are
*inherently* not private unless encrypted. If you use a cellular phone,
you are BROADCASTING to "big brother" and lots of little brothers.
I think the big issue right now is proposed government limits on
encryption. See comp.risks and comp.org.eff.talk.
