Need help in finding a sheet of EMI shilding.

Help need info:

Where can I buy EMI shielding? I would like to have an aprox 5" x 5" sheet
and it would be nice if it had metal in the middle and some kind of fiber on
the outside. I have seen such shields. I just need to isolate one piggy back
from the other with a sheet of this stuff in the middle.

I've used two pieces of single-sided unetched PC board material
for this purpose before with great success (and low cost). The
material is sturdy, has several KV of dielectric breakdown
strength (epoxy material), and is EASY to solder to provided you leave
a tab hanging out...
