I am looking for info about programming eproms, I know it is simple,
but I would like to make a eprom programmier that includes a small
database of the sometimes different eproms (wrt eg programming
voltage) of the various manufactures. I am especially interested in
the 2716 to 27512.

I am also looking for some info about the different programming
algorithms

I hope somebody can point to some FAQ or site were I might finf the
required info.

Thanks in advance

Greetings,

Have a look at my chip directory,
for a lot of pointers...

Hi,
I know that you can get data sheets online ( http://www.nsc.com) from
National Semi that have the programming algorithm for their chips.
