A PSU design is faily standard. Tracing out the circuit is not too
difficult. If it has generic control ics down load the data to help
you.

An ATX supply is basically the same as an AT supply electrically, with
an "ENABLE LOGIC 0" circuit added for the PS_ON, and a simple +5vsb
circuit not tied to the other outputs.
