Most likely plastic clutch on the loading motor cracked. (under the worm
wheel).

I have found that if u glue the worm gear clutch on the loading motor back
onto the shaft, make sure the mech alignment is spot on, and replace the
mode switch u cant go wrong.

Hi Gregory,

Hope the following helps, this code applies to machines released in the past
4 years.

F03 - Mechanism locks during mode transition except eject mode.

If this is the case what usually happens is that the plastic key on the end
of the loading motor, Part number VEM0427, splits in half and is free to
spin on the shaft. When this happens the motor is no longer able to turn the
worm wheel and the mechanism jams. A replacement motor usually around A$18.
