Emerson TV pinouts for IC601

It's an Emerson TC1371 and I'm searching for the piouts on IC601. I have had no
luck identifying the source or pinouts.
The Chip is an "ONWA" KWDC 276

Any help would be appriciated.

IC601# IC PHOTOCOUPLER TLP781F(D4-FUNBLL F) QPEL781FBLLF Is whats listed in the service manual.
