I just receive the new flyback after some check to be sure
it is the good one i resolder the part in place and try to turn on
the TV on and unfortunatly is dont work ( sure Murphy law )
The only things happen i hear a high tone coming from the
board(not the speaker) but nothing else no power led, no screen.
just that high freq sound.
The TV set is a Samsung

Are you sure this was not normal? A failure of this type is not that
common. More common are shorts or failure of the focus/screen divider.

What test equipment do you have? If the original flyback was indeed bad,
then other parts like the HOT, fusable resistors, etc. could now be faulty.
However, the whine suggests that something is overloaded.
An excessive secondary load due to a shorted diode or IC could result
in the original flyback overheating and failing.
You will need to perform some tests.
Check the HOT and its nearby components.
Check the diodes and caps on each secondary load. It may be possible to
disconnect everything but the flyback drive winding to see if you then get
HV (you won't get the power LED probably if that is powered from one of
the disconnected loads).
