How to test ATX power supply w/o MB?

Any one know how I can power up or fool a ATX (or AT for that matter) power
supply into thinking it is hooked to a motherboard for testing?

Thanks worked great. Hung a old 3.5 floppy and an old hard drive off of the
supply for a load, shorted pins 14 and 15 and had power. Cool
