Hi all, I'm troubleshooting an early-80s power supply from a Bendix Dynapath
Model 10. It's got a push-pull output with a pair of TO-3 transistors.
They've got the GE logo, an 8152 date code, and the number 6252 on them.
Driving them is a pair of 9-pin TO-66 style devices from Silicon General,
part number SG3629R. If anybody has any info on these devices I'd
appreciate it greatly. I've tried every kind of search I can think of and
have come up empty-handed.

Thanks,
Ralph

Have you tried the TCG web site? I'm not certain of it's URL, but a
search for ECG or TCG should turn it up...

You can at least get a substitute for it.
