You need to troubleshoot and repair the offending circuit.

Which kind of line. | vertical or - horizontal?

If it is a vertical line there is very little that can cause this and
even the most basic tv troubleshooting book or course covers this.
Something in the yoke drive or yoke return circuit is open.

If it is a horizontal line you need to repair the vertical driver or
output circuit.

Ronaldo Nogueira:
You say you "looked at all the circuits but nothing"....... what do you
mean???? Did you use your DMM and test the vertical deflection circuitry
for proper voltages, faulty components, bad solder connections, etc, etc???
or what did you do?
If you are not sure how to proceed you should go to the website for this
newsgroup at
http://www.repairfaq.org/
There, with some specific searching, you will find a wealth of useful
television troubleshooting, repair and component testing procedures that
will help you to troubleshoot the resultant horizontal line problem (loss of
vertical deflection).... also be sure to carefully read the SAFETY
information that will help you to stay away from dangerous and lethal
electrical shock hazards inside your Emerson television..... note that these
hazards may still be present even when the television is turned off and
unplugged from the AC power.... be very careful.
If, after reading the repairfaq you are still not certain how to proceed, it
might be safer for you and better for your television to take it to a
service shop for a proper and safe repair.... if you take it to the shop
AFTER botched, failed, or aborted home repair attempts, the repair shop
price will certainly be much higher.
At the very least you should TAKE it a shop and obtain a repair cost
estimate so you can make an intelligent repair decision.

Ahhh so, you said 'Vertical line' in the subject.

Which IC is the vertical drive? You should locate it, and then find its
datasheet to check its supply, signals, etc.
More info here: http://www.repairfaq.org/REPAIR/F_tvfaq5.html#TVFAQ_016
And NEVER forget the safety issues:

A Horizontal Line indicates Working Horizontal (line) Deflection
Usually the Frame Fails and u end up with a Horizontal line only
You have lost Horizontaal - open cct Transistor or resistor ???
remove Horizontal Transistor (on heatsink near LOPT and Diode Test it)
loss of drive to it will give same fault - regards

You need to have a check on the vertical deflection circuit. Probably
there is no output to the deflection coil.
