I am currently working on a Panasonic microwave oven model NN-S762WF. I need
the part# for Q702 on the inverter board. The transistor is burnt and I
cannot read the number on the case. Unfortunately I do not have another
inverter board on hand and Panasonic does not provide the schematic.

Anyone replaced one of these or know the part number?

Any Ideas?

I have the part number for the power mossfet. It is 1M30D-060. Now the
question is where do can I get this part? Panasonic does not have a listing
for this part.

I'm currently working on a Panasonic NN-C994S Convection Oven, and the converter has a blown mosfet # 1M30D-060. The inverter model is A606Y4T00AP.
Will any 1M30D-060 do the job?

One that isn't shorted... I don't know if these are counterfeited but if you have a known good supplier where you are, pay a little more and get it from a reliable source - perhaps Panasonic directly if they still provide discrete components for consumer items. You may need a Panasonic part number, not the generic number. Start with acquiring a service manual and go from there. The manual will be helpful if the mosfet took out the gate components.

I downloaded the SM and there is no breakdown on the inverter, just the part number of the inverter board assy is available. My cost is $138 plus shipping U.S. There are seller on ebay selling these mosfets as "pulls", which to be honest I'd rather use than a new one of dubious provenance.

Keep in mind you have no way to know an "ebay pull" is really a "pull"
from another unit vs. someone simply offering the same "dubious
provenance" part while stating it was a "pull".

I.e., the ebay seller could simply be offering the same dubious part,
with the "value added service" of applying a small bit of solder to the
pins to make it look "used" before shipping it to you.

Since pulls sell for less than "originals", the likelihood of someone misrepresenting a part as new original is much higher than someone misrepresenting a part as used.

Hi folks,
I've received the transistors this morning, however, I am unsure if I will install them. I was supposed to receive a 1M30D-060 but received a suspicious 1MB30D-060. The datasheet from Fuji mention a 1MB30-060 and a 1MBH30D-060 but there's nothing about a 1MB30D-060 which makes me wonder if I've received bootlegs. (Fast forward 2 hours later) I have inspected inspected both transistor more closely and I'll be damned if these thing haven't been sanded down and re-lazer etched. You can clearly see the grain : /

allst...@gmail.com says...
Ordering most any simiconductor off ebay from another country is very
chancy. I know several in the local ham club that bought from over seas
and the simiconductors were faulty in one way or another. I bought some
20 watt RF transistors and they would only make about half the poewr
they should have. Reordered from a reliable source in the US and the
new ones worked like they were supose to.

I may have a suitable sub in my plasma TV parts supply (that I've packed away). If I have anything that will match up, they're yours.

Which case style do you have?

Thanks for the offer. The old 1M30D-060 is a To-3PF, I believe, with the low profile upper half.

I went through everything I have including scrapped plasma sustain boards, and all the big plastic transistors I have are power mosfets. Sorry. What I would do is use DigiKey or Mouser's search parameter to select a suitable replacement.

There is always this - if you can find a data-sheet.

I just ordered a pulled 1M30D-060 from Dalbani which is based in FL. I've checked around and they appear to be a reliable source that has been around for ages. They're not fake proof but, apparently, when a problem occur, they're quick to dispatch a replacement.

I can support the fact that Dalbani has been around for a long while and used to order tv, vcr, and microwave parts from them. Am surprised their website is parked. They out of business?

I used to buy parts from Dalbani many years ago, and they were one of the suppliers that sent me counterfeit semis. I mostly bought basic stuff from them like VCR mechanical parts after than, but no more semis. They're still in Florida but I'm sure they're not the same company they were.

Same here. Their STR regulators were counterfeit plus their
replacement flybacks didn't work.

I installed the new transistor a few months back and the oven function works again, however, the maximum temperature it can reach is 350F. It's all right, I can still cook, it just take a wee bit more time. In my full size oven, it takes 20 minutes to bake croissants at 400F. In the Panasonic NN-C994S, it takes 30 minutes at 350F.
