Please Help Me.

Is there someone out there who has the Service-manual to
my 14" CTX-monitor?
I'll do allmost anything if I could lay my hands on the Service-manual.
It's the Power-supply in the monitor that don't want to work anymore.

Thanx!

Without a Model Number (and a FCCID Number) even CTX can't help you.
What's the problem? Beyond DEAD .... there are different "degrees" of
DEAD.
Does the power LED light up at all? If so, What color? Do you
hear/feel the High Voltage coming on, even if only for a moment?

Replace Q101, zd101, and check the resistors next to Q101. Then remove the
regulator control board. ( A small sub assembly with five pins connecting it
to the main board.) Resolder the five connecting pins and re-install the
board. Replace the fuse.
