Hi.
Where is the paper out sensor on the Canon BJC 6100?

For some reason, the printer does not recognize that there is paper on the
tray and keeps sending me an Out of Paper error whenever I try to print.

I used the single sheet paper slot to load paper and print, so I know the
printing mechanism is fine, it is just that the printer does not feel that
it has
paper on the paper tray.

Thanks for any help

Javier

I'm not familiar with this printer but I have seen other similar
ones.,,Somewhere in the slot where the paper sits, look for a small IR
sensor...it may be covered with paper dust ad that's the reason it won't
recognize when paper is loade on the tray. Just clean it with a cotton swab and
windex and it will do the trick.
Good luck!
