Shinho SM 785F Monitor with no width

This Shinho Monitor model SM 785F has a width problem. The video is about
2 inches wide. There is plenty of H drive, but ringing in the output. Has
anyone found this problem in these monitors? No Schematic.

Hi there...

You most likely have a bad cap in the scan section that deals with
driving the yoke. You also may have an open damper diod for the yoke
coils.
