I just got a HIOS CL-6500 driver + power supply. The torque is zero. I
can stop the driver tip spinning with about 0.1 oz pressure on it. How
do you vary the torque clutch? I thought it would be obvious, but it is
not.

Does anyone have history of repairing one of these? (The motor
continues spinning just fine, so it must be the clutch losing contact
inside.)

Thanks!

Doubtful ... more likely to be a problem with the PWM circuit.
Most likely a bad potentiometer on the handle grip.
(will need replacing if bad) ..
