Need help with electronics board inside Fellowes paper shredder.

Hi all, my sister gave me her paper shredder that smoked the
electronics board, the paper shredder is a Fellowes model PS-60CC
crosscut shredder. The electronics board is smoked pretty badly and I
need the numbers on certain components on the board;

U01--14-pin IC with the top blown off
Q02--Transistor blown apart
R06--Resistor burned beyond recognition

There is a resistor in J01 that burned up also, I can see the first 2
bands on the resistor brown, gray, which is 18, but the multiplier is
burned where I cannot read it. This circuit board looks like it
contains off the shelf parts that are easily replaceable, I would like
to rebuild the board if possible. I just need the numbers on the 3
