Hello, I'm new here so I'm not sure if this is the right group for this
message! I have a combination 4.5" b/w tv, FM/AM radio, cassette deck
set. I recently came across some colour tv components, and what I would
like to do is convert the b/w tv to colour. Is this possible? Are
there any books on this subject. Any help would be appreciated,

You think it is like changing an ink cartridge on a printer? :-).

The only possibility is if your 'components' are an entire color TV
chassis that fits mechanically. Then, there may be a chance of
providing the proper power. Else, forget it!
