Ive got this teeny diode from an AXION 1754 monitor leads into the power
mosfet. Looked for this diode T4148 in the directories but no joy can anyone
ID it and supply data on it for replacement .

Hi John,

T4148? This COULD be an equivalent of the "normal"
everyday-diode called 1n4148 (also very tiny).
That diode you can buy basically everywhere, and
would cost you around 10 cents/penny or whatever
pocket change you've got laying around. ;o)

You know, T4148 sounds so close to 1N4148 that I'd be tempted to try it.
Could be the full diode name is ITT4148, or FPT4148?
