Video transmition help

Hello
I am intrested in building a TV transmitter using PAL system.
If it easier I could transmit VIDEO rather than RF out.
If any can help or has suggestions they are much appreciated
If any has a good circuit all the better.

What do you mean by 'transmitter' if you don't need RF out? The RCA/SCART
outputs of a camcorder or VCR is video and if it is a PAL device, PAL video.
????

You can not transmit without a carrier of some form. What will be your "key"
to extract your information from that electric jungle we call open air?
Unless you have just phrased it poorly, I would advise reading up on the
basic principles of electronic communications before spending anymore time
or money on this venture.
