I am looking for IC datasheet of the following parts and links to databases
on IC.

The first one is: AK
P9348
CD4053BCN
MM5653BN

The second one is:
072BD
JRC
3062B

An ordinary CMOS swicth type 4053. Shouldn't be a problem to
find this one. MM makes me thinking of National semiconductors,
try their WWW site for a data sheet.

The Japanese version of the TL072, a dual operational amplifier.
Is this one DIP8 or SIL ?
