Hi there...
Any ideas how I would go about fixing this...
Its a 386 Goldstar laptop and it has a nasty tendency not to spin up.
Like it sits there making a humming noise until it finally spins up after
maybe 30 seconds.
VERY intermittent-like maybe once since I got it 1 week ago.
Does this sound terminal (no pun intended)???!
Oh, and it has a nasty habit of cutting out when the battery is
flat-usually without warning. (maybe the screen starts to fade by which
time it is too late) 8-(
