Hi.
First my english is bad :(

I have a "little" problem.
I have a 21" Eizo monitor and when i turn that thing on i get a white screen
for +- 30 minutes.
Then i have a normal screen, but when it's normal it's going
white/normal/white/normal .

Some1 has that problem too?
Can it be fixed?
Thnx for reading.

Remove the metal shield on the CRT neck board and measure the
G1 voltage on the CRT pins. It should be in the -30 to -70 volt
range. The screen will be very bright if it more positive that that.
If it is more positive, follow the wire and check any capacitors,
diodes or resistors in that circuit. You probably have a bad
capacitor. The G1 pin is the first pin going clockwize from the
keyed (focus pins) connections.

Note: you could also have a bad solder connection on the pins
that would cause this problem.

Hope this helps...

Anything can be fixed! But it's probably cheaper to buy a new monitor
unless you have the schematics, service info and good know-how!
