NEC monitor repair

To whom it may concern:
I have a NEC 4FG monitor that when you first turn it on blooms. This lasts for about 3 seconds then goes black, no raster, nothing. I have checked the power supply voltages and they were in spec. The CRT and flyback appear to be OK. How much will you charge to repair this monitor. If I choose not to have you repair my monitor, do you sell schematics or literature on service repair suggestions?

Check C793 on the L shaped video board, it's a 470Uf/16v.
