Please help identifying SMD (transistor?) code

Hi everyone.

I need to identify a SMD component (probably a PNP type transistor), used in
the portable CD player with the disk spin motor controller. The package
type of the component is SOT-23 and the code printed on the component says

BV 4
-

There is a short line under number 4 as shown. If anybody knows the data for
this component (transistor) or any sources for the SMD code to conventional
component marking tables, please let me know.
